Altered Dimension Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth, lower tannins allow for drinking on its own or paired with foods. Dark fruit aromas with subtle vanilla and spice. Columbia Valley sourced grapes.

Medium ruby red is dense & holds its color well to the rim. High-toned, red cherry aromas overlay chocolatey richness & a hint of cedar. Flavours are of bitter red-cherries supported by fine chocolatey-smooth tannins. The wine is medium to full bodied. The acidity is mouth-watering. The alcohol is a touch warming. The finish is long & dense, opening to show high-ripeness black-cherry at the end.

Deep ruby color with rich and focused aromas and hints of black currant, plum, cedar, mocha and leather. The palate also shows vanilla and spice notes from the French oak aging along with balanced and refined tannins leading to a long finish.

Deeply expressive, CH by Chocapalha displays bold, dark fruit aromas on the nose with subtle nuances of leather and violet. The structured palate is supported by firm tannins and enticing flavors of black currant and raspberry followed by a remarkable finish.

Tantalizing aromas of ripe strawberry, Bing cherry and grenadine leap from the glass, followed by suggestions of blueberry and huckleberry, as well as subtle oak tones of slivered almond and hazelnut. The saturated red fruit layers are echoed on the delightfully supple palate, where they mingle with dynamic flavors of red licorice, orange zest and candied grape, and darker hints of black plum, cocoa, berry pie and baking spices.

Creamy and resonant. All the sginatures of the site come through in a Barbaresco of breadth and resonance. Even so, the 2019 remains light on its feet. There is plenty of depth and persistence, but it is expressed in more of an understaded manner. It's a beautiful wine.
